A life coach stirs up your ambitions and goals in life. They tell you you can have that successful business. You can get that degree. You can have that happy relationship/marriage. You can overcome that bad habit. You can drive your dream car. You can live in your dream home. You can get out of that toxic relationship/marriage. 
 
Then, the life coach helps you set and achieve your goals and change your life for the better. When you have a limiting mindset, they help you expand your way of thinking and produce positive energy. When you try to blame others, they remind you to take full responsibility for your life. They save you from making avoidable mistakes in life, thus saving your time, money and energy.
